he Bosnian Presidency adopted on at the emergency session in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo the Bosnian State Budget Draft for 2008. The President of the Bosnian Presidency Zeljko Komsic and a member of the Bosnian Presidency Haris Silajdzic voted for the proposal and a member of the Bosnian Presidency Nebojsa Radmanovic voted against the proposed budget.

The Bosnian State Court has decided that Croatian war criminal Pasko Ljubicic should remain in custody.Croatian war criminal Pasko Ljubicic is charged with having committed war crimes in the central Bosnia area in 1993,during the Croatian aggression against Bosnia. The decision was made after the Prosecution and Defence presented their reasons for a custody extension or termination.
